Being from out of town, I was dreading looking for someone to replace my a/c compressor that had gone out. I called just about everyone in town and Abe had one of the best price points and great reviews online. He had my car done the same day and did an amazing job. Some places quoted me $200 more for this work. A great local business with amazing customer service and pricing.

Coming to school from out of town I was totally lost when trying to find someone that I would trust to repair a dent in my car. I am so happy and thankful that I went here to get it done. It was fast and done completely correctly without overcharging me. They even had my car washed after! I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!

All I can say is praise the Lord! I drove in from Philadelphia with something strange going on with my transmission. After reading the only two reviews on Yelp I decided to say a prayer and make the call. I spoke to someone on the phone who was extremely nice. He asked a lot of questions about the symptoms and thought it wasn't the transmission at all. At first, he wasn't going to take my car until the afternoon, but after finding out I was from out of town and figuring the issue with my car would be a relatively quick fix, he agreed to take my car in the am. I arrived and he fixed my car while I waited. On top of it all, he didn't break the bank! He was very nice and friendly and didn't try to rip me off. It was such a blessing!

My last review was in 2014 and it's time for an update. I think I've been using Abe for about 20 years now. I cant imagine a better relationship between a client and a service organization such as Abes Foreign Auto Repair. He and his staff take great care of my cars and my friends cars. They're honest, fairly priced, and consistent. They stand by their work and heck, even remember your name. (...and they're always glad you came..) Oh, wait, this isn't the Cheers Theme Song (sorry bout that), but it's close. Give Abe's a try. Ask for Abe when you call, he's there, running his business and even getting his hands dirty. They're pro's and you'll get the benefit of that experience.

Honest and does not up sell! They will listen to you, diagnose (no charge) and quote u a great price to fix that problem. It is so stress-free and I really appreciate what they do and how they treat the customers. Abe is the best I have encountered in Lexington.

Would highly recommend for any work you may need. Stopped here during a cross-country trip due to a loud noise in my car. He not only responded very quickly, saw me the same day, but he also was very thorough in determining what the issue was. The issue was minor and didn't require any labor, and didn't require any payment - but I would have chosen him for any repairs if need be.

Need brakes for my CRV used Yelp to get quotes. Two repair shops gave me quotes in less than an hour one the next morning and one never received one. The first two were very close so I decided to pick the one with the best reviews. Abe's Foreign car repair was everything the reviews said and more. When I called them I told them I'd have to wait there because I had no one to take me home. They fit me in the same day told me to come in at 1:30. When I got there they took me right away. Checked my brakes and told me I only need back brakes. With in 30 minutes my CRV was fixed. Everyone there was very friendly. I never thought I'd find a mechanic like I had back in Illinois but today I did!! If you need a good honest mechanic this is the place to go.
